Air Fryer Sushi Pizza

Ingredients

½ cup coconut aminos

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

¼ cup diced green onions (dived)

¼ cup diced cucumber

1 cup sushi rice
-
1 avocado, mashed
-
salt & pepper
-
sushi sauce
-
spicy mayo
-
sesame seeds
Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry. Cut into ½-1'“ inch cubes.
Toss salmon with coconut aminos, diced cucumber, 2 tbsp green onions, and toasted sesame oil. Set aside or in the fridge until the rice is ready.
Place one cup rice on a piece of parchment paper and flatten into a 1” thick circle to mimic a pizza crust.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and air fry the rice crust for 10 minutes.
While the rice cooks, mash the avocado in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
When the rice is ready, let it cool for a few minutes and then top it with a layer of mashed avocado and the salmon mixture. Top with sushi sauce, spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and the remaining green onions.
