Ingredients

2 x 8oz Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon

garlic powder
-
salt and pepper

4 cups cooked white rice

2/3 cup carrots, julienned or chopped

2/3 cup purple cabbage, chopped

2/3 cup cucumbers, sliced
-
1 small avocado, sliced

furikake seasoning
-
yum yum sauce
-
kewpie mayo
Directions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Thaw salmon, pat dry, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry salmon for 6-7 minutes. (optional: pan-sear or bake it instead!)
While the salmon cooks, assemble your bowl, starting with a base of white rice and top with veggies.
Add salmon to each bowl and drizzle yum yum sauce and kewpie mayo over the top. Sprinkle furikake seasoning over the top.
Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
If you don't have an air fryer, don't worry! You can easily pan-sear or bake the salmon for this recipe. For pan-searing, cook the salmon skin-side down in a hot skillet with a little oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it's cooked to your liking. For baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the salmon on a lined baking sheet for about 8-10 minutes. Either method will yield delicious results for your Yum Yum Salmon Bowl.
