Ingredients

Wild Alaska Ground Coho Salmon Meat

⅓ cup coconut aminos
-
salt and pepper
-
4-6 cups mixed greens
-
½ cup diced cucumber
-
½ cup diced carrots
-
½ cup diced red bell pepper
-
½ cup chopped purple cabbage
-
¼ cup diced green onion
-
2 tbsp+ salted, roasted peanuts

3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
-
½ cup smooth peanut butter
-
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-
1 tsp sriracha
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tsp minced garlic
Peanut Dressing:
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, sautée the ground salmon meat with coconut aminos, salt, and pepper.
Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl or cup. Set in fridge to chill.
Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl.
Toss salad with dressing.
Serve and enjoy!
