      1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

      2. Cut open the miso marinated sablefish portion packages and place on a plate. With a butter knife or spatula, gently remove excess miso marinade off of the portions and dispose.

      3. Heat an oven safe, lightly oiled skillet to medium high on your stove and place portions in skillet, skin side up. Sear flesh for approximately 2 minutes to caramelize the fish.

      4. Bake until internal temperature is 135-140°, approximately 15-18 minutes. The black cod should be flaking apart and have a nice caramelized top.

      5. Gently flip fish over, skin side down and then place skillet in oven to continue cooking.

      1. Slice the vegetables and heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large wok skillet over medium heat.

      2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, maple syrup, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch.

      3. Add the bell pepper, onion, peas, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Sautée for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

      4. Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened. Add the cooked sablefish and serve chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired!

      5. Enjoy!
