Spicy Tuna Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients

  • 1 7.5oz Can of Albacore Tuna

  • 3/4 cup light mayo

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • 2 tbsp diced green onions

  • 2 tbsp chopped cucumber

  • 2 tbsp diced red onion

  • salt & pepper

  • 2 avocados

Directions

  1. Start by draining tuna and adding it to a medium sized bowl. Flake apart with a fork.

  2. Add mayo, sriracha, green onions, cucumber, red onion, salt, and pepper and mixed until well combined.

  3. Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit, and add a scoop of the tuna salad inside each half.

  4. Serve with additional sriracha if desired.

  5. Enjoy!
