Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup Wild Alaska Ground Coho Salmon Meat

2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
-
1 tsp sriracha (more to taste)

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

2 cups greens
-
1 cup cooked sushi rice
-
¼ cup sliced cucumber
-
¼ cup chopped carrots
-
¼ cup chopped cabbage
-
2 tbsp diced green onions
-
Sliced avocado
-
Furikake seasoning
-
Soy sauce

Directions
In a small bowl, combine salmon, kewpie Mayo, sriracha, and sesame oil until well mixed.
To assemble the bowls, start with a base of greens and rice and top with vegetables and salmon.
Sprinkle with furikake seasoning and serve with soy sauce.
