Southwestern Taco Salad with Salmon

Ingredients
8oz Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
Taco Seasoning
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups cooked brown rice
½ avocado, diced
¼ cup tomatoes, diced
crumbled cotija cheese
tortilla chips
sriracha + ranch dressing
Directions
Preheat air fryer or grill to medium high heat.
Thaw salmon and pat dry. Lightly season with taco seasoning.
Air fry or grill salmon for 6-8 minutes, depending on desired texture.
While the salmon cooks, begin assembling the bowls with greens and rice as the base, topped with avocado, tomatoes, cotija cheese, and tortilla chips.
Add salmon and dress with sriracha ranch.
