Sockeye Salmon Power Bowl
8oz Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
Kitchen and Market Honey Harissa Glaze
2 cups brown rice
¼ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup sliced cucumber
¼ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup edamame
¼ cup arugula
dressing of choice
optional: garnish with chives
Thaw salmon and pat dry. Add honey harissa glaze and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Once heated, cook the salmon for 6-7 minutes.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the bowl ingredients.
Start with a base of brown rice, add the salmon and vegetables on top. Season with salt and pepper, chives, and dressing of your choice.
