Simple Air-Fryer Salmon, Cooked from Frozen

Directions
Place a piece of frozen sockeye salmon on parchment paper and add salt and pepper.
Air-fry for 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees. If cooking thawed salmon, air fry for 7 minutes.
While the salmon cooks, mash ½ an avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Slice some cherry tomatoes.
When the salmon is ready, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and enjoy with the mashed avocado and tomatoes!
