Salmon with Spicy Avocado Feta Salsa
2 x 8oz Wild Alaskan King Salmon
2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
1-2 tbsp minced dill
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
½ jalapeno, chopped after removing seeds
½ lime juiced
Avocado Feta Salsa:
Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees.
Prepare salmon by adding garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and dill.
Cook salmon for 7-9 minutes, depending on preferred doneness.
While salmon cooks, make avocado feta salsa by chopping up the ingredients and gently tossing together in a bowl.
Remove the salmon from the air-fryer and top with salsa.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
