Salmon Stuffed Peppers

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Ground Salmon Meat. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Ingredients
Wild Alaska Coho Salmon Meat
Olive oil
Taco seasoning
6 bell peppers
4 cups Spanish style rice
1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
Fresh cilantro
Limes to garnish
Directions
Thaw coho salmon meat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice each bell pepper in half, remove seeds, and add to a sheet pan.
Spray or drizzle peppers in olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
Cook ground salmon meat with olive oil and taco seasoning in a saucepan over medium- high heat for about 6 minutes, or until cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the bell peppers and stuff each one with rice and salmon. Top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
