Wild Alaska Smoked King Salmon

Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp

Wild Smoked King Salmon Dip

Homemade shrimp cocktail sauce: ketchup, creamy horseradish, and fresh lemon

Round block of cream cheese
-
Crackers of choice (we recommend 2-3 kinds)

Toasted crostini bread
-
Sliced radish
-
Sliced cucumber
-
Sliced carrot sticks
-
Boursin cheese
-
Marcona almonds
-
Dill to garnish
Directions
Thaw smoked salmon, shrimp, and smoked salmon dip.
Prepare the other ingredients by slicing vegetables and making the homemade cocktail sauce in a small bowl. Place the cocktail sauce on top of a round block of cream cheese.
Once the seafood is thawed, assemble all of the elements on a platter.
Serve and enjoy!
