Ingredients

6oz Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
-
2 tbsp kewpie Mayo
-
1 tbsp sriracha
-
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
-
2 tbsp diced green onions
-
1 cup cooked sushi rice
-
⅓ cup cucumber, diced
-
¼ cup red onion, diced
-
½ avocado
-
Furikake seasoning
-
Kari Kari Chili Crisp
Salmon Poke:
Bowl:
Directions
Thaw salmon, pat dry, and chop into small pieces.
Mix salmon with kewpie Mayo, sriracha, toasted sesame oil, and diced green onions.
Assemble the bowl with rice, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and salmon poke.
Top with furikake seasoning and Kari Kari chili garlic crunch.
