These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon and Dungeness Crab. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
Thaw one 8oz filet of sockeye salmon and enough Dungeness crab for one sushi roll (about ¼ cup).
Start by laying one piece of seaweed paper (nori) on a sushi rolling mat.
Add a thin layer of sushi rice on the first 2/3 of the seaweed sheet. Add the cucumber, sliced salmon, and Dungeness crab meat on the upper inch of the sheet.
Carefully roll the seaweed and fillings with the mat, pressing halfway through.
