Premier Catch Simply Seared Alaska Weathervane Scallops

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain the scallops, lay on plate and pat dry with a paper towel.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat butter, olive oil and smashed garlic cloves in pan on med-high heat until garlic is fragrant.

  4. Place scallops in pan in single layer and cook until browned on one side, approximately 1-2 minutes.

  5. Flip the scallops over and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly opaque in the middle, and seared on the outside.

  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives.

  7. Serve immediately.
