Premier Catch Salmon Loaf
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Ground Salmon Meat. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
16oz ground Coho salmon
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, whisked
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until combined.
Press mixture in greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30-45 min, until internal temp is 165.
Serve with your favorite Tartar sauce or spicy Mayo.
