Nori (seaweed) sheets

Sriracha mayonnaise
Soy sauce
Remove the skin and chop the salmon into bite sized pieces.
Lay a piece of Nori on a cutting board and place the salmon in the center.
Slice a cucumber and avocado into thin pieces. Chop the green onions.
Top the salmon with avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
Drizzle sriracha mayonnaise and soy sauce over.
Wrap the nori up into the shape of a burrito or hand roll. Go slow to avoid the sheet from breaking.
