Premier Catch Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tsp honey (or more to taste)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Thinly slice cucumbers and red onion with a sharp knife or mandolin. 

  2. In a small bowl or cup, mix together rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey,  and red pepper flakes. 

  3. Toss cucumbers and red onion in the dressing. 

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

  5. Refrigerate the salad for 10 minutes to an hour. 

  6. Serve cold and enjoy!
