Ingredients

2x 8oz Wild Alaska Cod
-
2-4 cups cooked jasmine rice

fresh cilantro
Directions
Thaw cod and pat dry.
Start by sautéeing the zucchini in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes, until soft.
Add in the Thai green curry sauce and the cod. Poach the cod and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve over jasmine rice.
Top with fresh cilantro.
Serve and enjoy!
