Mini Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer Bites

Ingredients

Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp

Mini puff pastry cups

2 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 tsbp mayonnaise

1/8 tsp Old Bay seasoning

¼ tsp lemon zest
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley
-
½ cup ketchup
-
1 tbsp horseradish
-
¾ tsp smoked paprika
Homemade cocktail sauce:
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, old bay seasoning and lemon zest.
Scoop the cream cheese mixture into a sandwich size ziploc bag. Cut one of the corners to create a small whole.
Pipe ½ tbsp of the cream cheese mixture in each of the phyllo cups.
Add the cocktail sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
Top each phyllo cup with a dollop of cocktail sauce, Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp, and fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
