Mini Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer Bites

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Oregon Bay Shrimp. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!


Mini Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer Bites

Ingredients

  • Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp

  • Mini puff pastry cups

  • 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 tsbp mayonnaise

  • 1/8 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • ¼ tsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 1 tbsp horseradish

  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, old bay seasoning and lemon zest.

  2. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into a sandwich size ziploc bag. Cut one of the corners to create a small whole.

  3. Pipe ½ tbsp of the cream cheese mixture in each of the phyllo cups.

  4. Add the cocktail sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

  5. Top each phyllo cup with a dollop of cocktail sauce, Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp, and fresh parsley.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
