Mini Dungeness Crab Melts

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Dungeness Crab. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Ingredients

Wild Alaska Dungeness Crab Meat

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp diced green onions

1 tsp old bay seasoning

½ lemon, juiced

French baguette, sliced

butter
-
shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Thaw Dungeness crab meat and add to a bowl.
Mix with mayo, diced green onions, old bay seasoning, and lemon juice until well combined.
Slice a toasted baguette and butter each piece. Add them to a tray and broil the bread for 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden.
Scoop the crab mixture and sprinkle cheese on each one.
Return to the oven and broil for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
