Mike's Hot Honey Salmon

Wild Alaska king salmon fillets marinate in coconut aminos, Mike's Hot Honey, garlic and ginger, then broil until glazed and are served over rice with a drizzle of chili garlic sauce.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
2 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
fresh lemon juice
white rice
chili garlic sauce
Directions
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a small bowl, combine the coconut aminos, Mike's hot honey, minced garlic, ginger, and fresh lemon juice.
Pour the marinade in a pyrex dish and place the salmon fillets in the marinade, flesh side down. Set aside for 15-30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat broiler to high. Lift the salmon out of the marinade and discard the marinade, then place it skin side down on a foil-lined sheet pan.
Broil for 8-10 minutes.
Spread chili garlic sauce on top and serve with rice.
