Ingredients: 1.5 lbs of Wild Alaska Spot Prawns (thawed and shelled); 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, pressed; 1/4 cup butter; 1/3 - 1/2 cup sherry cooking wine; 2 - 3 drops Tabasco sauce

A recipe from Joci’s mother in law. Two or three pressed garlic cloves soften in a quarter cup of melted butter over medium-high heat, then a pound and a half of thawed, shelled wild Alaska spot prawns go in for one to two minutes a side until firm and pink. Sherry and a few drops of Tabasco, then a minute more.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs of Wild Alaska Spot Prawns (thawed and shelled)
2-3 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
1/4 cup butter
1/3 - 1/2 cup sherry cooking wine
2 - 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

Saute garlic in melted butter over med-high heat in large skillet.
Add prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until firm and pink.
Add sherry cooking wine and Tabasco and simmer for 1 minute. Do not overcook!
