Honey Harissa Glazed Salmon with Kitchen & Market Israeli Couscous Pilaf and Arugula

Honey Harissa Glazed Salmon with Kitchen & Market Israeli Couscous Pilaf and Arugula

This recipe was created in collaboration with Kitchen & Market in Seattle. Wild Alaska sockeye brushed with honey harissa glaze and roasted or air-fried at 400°F for six to seven minutes. Alongside it, a couscous pilaf cooks with diced white onion softened in olive oil, then gets tossed with fresh arugula and lemon juice.
