Directions
Thaw halibut and pat dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Heat a lightly-oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook halibut for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Allow halibut to cool and then flake apart with a fork.
Add halibut to a bowl with sour cream, lemon juice and zest, green onions, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers of your choice!
