Halibut with Green Onions and Peppercorns

Ingredients
1 lb Wild Pacific Halibut (2 x 8oz portions)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp peppercorns
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Lightly brush or spray halibut with olive oil. Salt & pepper each side.
In a small saucepan, simmer olive oil, green onions, and salt.
Grill for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through and the fish starts to flake.
While the fish is finishing up on the grill, add peppercorns to the olive oil, green onion mix and heat on medium until they pop. This is the most important step!
When the halibut is off the grill and the peppercorns have popped, spoon the olive oil, green onion, and peppercorn mixture on top. Serve with crunchy bread so you can dip in the remaining sauce,
