Grilled Lemon-Herb Sockeye Salmon

Bright lemon, fresh herbs, and savory garlic bring out the rich flavor of Wild Sockeye Salmon in this simple, grill-ready summer favorite. These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Grilled Lemon-Herb Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients

  • Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Fillet

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar (can substitute monkfruit or coconut sugar)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp grated lemon

  • 2 tbsp parsley

  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary

  • juice of ½ lemon

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • salt & pepper

  • lemon slices to garnish

Directions

  1. Thaw salmon fillet and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Combine marinade ingredients (except lemon wedges and rosemary sprigs) in small bowl and mix well.

  3. Pour over salmon, making sure it is coated on both sides. Marinate for at least one hour before cooking.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Grill the fillet for 8-12 minutes.

  6. Remove from grill and garnish with lemon slices and rosemary.

  7. Enjoy!
