Grilled Elote Corn

Ingredients
8 ears of corn, husked
olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cayenne powder
¼ cup mayo or greek yogurt
1 lime
crumbled cojita cheese
Directions
Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Brush corn with olive oil and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, seasonings, and juice of half a lime.
With a brush or spoon, coat each ear of corn with the crema mixture. Crumble cojita cheese over the top.
Serve with extra lime and enjoy!
