Ingredients

2lb Wild Gulf Shrimp (or Wild Alaska Spot Prawns)

olive oil
-
1 tsp chile powder
-
2 cloves minced garlic
-
salt & pepper
-
1 bag coleslaw mix
-
½ cup sour cream
-
¼ cup diced green onions
-
juice of 1 lime
-
salt & pepper
-
corn or flour tortillas
-
sliced avocado
-
garnish: green onions, cilantro, radish and lime

Directions
Thaw shrimp. Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, toss shrimp in olive oil. Add garlic, chile powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated. Let sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, sour cream, line juice, diced green onions, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined and adjust portions to meet your preferences. Store in fridge until ready to assemble the tacos.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
Add tortillas to the grill for 30-60 seconds until lightly toasted.
Assemble the tacos with toasted tortillas, slaw, grilled shrimp, and garnish with radish, green onion, and lime. Add a drizzle of chipotle aioli for a kick.

Recipe Note
This recipe pairs beautifully with Gulf Shrimp, but you can also elevate the dish with Wild Alaska spot prawnsfor a delicious twist!
