Creamy Farfalle Pasta with Salmon, Lemon, and Peas
Declan Chapin, Premier Catch
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Ingredients
2 cups farfalle pasta, uncooked
⅓ cup heavy cream
1 large lemon, juice and zest
1 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp+ grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
optional: red pepper flakes
Directions
If your salmon is not cooked, quickly pan-fry or air-fry it for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cook the farfalle al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the heavy cream in a large sauté pan on medium-low heat.
Add the frozen peas, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
When the pasta is ready, stir the pasta to the sauté pan. Top with parmesan cheese and more pepper
Serve immediately and enjoy!
