Creamy Farfalle Pasta with Salmon, Lemon, and Peas

Ingredients

2 cups farfalle pasta, uncooked

⅓ cup heavy cream

1 large lemon, juice and zest

1 cup frozen peas

2 tbsp+ grated parmesan cheese
-
salt and pepper
-
optional: red pepper flakes
Directions
If your salmon is not cooked, quickly pan-fry or air-fry it for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cook the farfalle al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the heavy cream in a large sauté pan on medium-low heat.
Add the frozen peas, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
When the pasta is ready, stir the pasta to the sauté pan. Top with parmesan cheese and more pepper
Serve immediately and enjoy!
