Ingredients

2 cups Dungeness Crab Meat

8oz cream cheese

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp sesame oil

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp sugar

2 tbsp diced green onion
-
sliced sourdough bread
-
¼ cup Kari Kari Garlic Chili Crisp, divided

1 cup mozzarella cheese
Crab Mix:

Directions
In a large bowl, add dungeness crab meat and crab mix ingredients. Gently fold together until well combined.
Heat two tbsp Kari Kari garlic chili crisp in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once sizzling, add a slice of sourdough bread. Use a knife to spread another layer of Kari Kari on the top side of the bread.
Scoop the crab mix on. Top with ½ cup mozzarella cheese and another piece of sourdough bread. Spread another layer of Kari Kari on the bread.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes or until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
Serve and enjoy!
