Pepperoncini Tuna Salad

Pepperoncini Tuna Salad is a high-protein, no-cook recipe that's effortlessly prepared. It features canned tuna for protein, mixed with sweet red onions, spicy pepperoncini, and crunchy celery. The salad is dressed in a creamy mayonnaise blend, offering a delightful harmony of sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for a quick, heat-free meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup diced celery

  • 2 tbsp diced green onions

  • 2 tbsp chopped pepperoncini

  • 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice, from the jar

  • salt and pepper

  • crackers or toast for serving

Directions

  1. Strain tuna and add to a bowl. Flake apart with a fork.

  2. Add the mayonnaise, celery, green onion, chopped pepperoncini and pepperoncini juice, salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.

  3. Serve on top of crackers, toast, or simply enjoy as-is!
