Ingredients

1 can Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup diced celery

2 tbsp diced green onions

2 tbsp chopped pepperoncini

1 tbsp pepperoncini juice, from the jar

salt and pepper

crackers or toast for serving
Directions
Strain tuna and add to a bowl. Flake apart with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, celery, green onion, chopped pepperoncini and pepperoncini juice, salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.
Serve on top of crackers, toast, or simply enjoy as-is!
