These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Dungeness Crab. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Crab Cake Poppers

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Wild Alaska Dungeness Crab Meat

  • ⅓ cup mayo

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs + more for rolling

  • 2 tbsp diced green onion + more for topping

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • sauces of choice

Directions

  1. Thaw Dungeness crab meat.

  2. Whisk an egg in a medium bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, spices, and green onions. Mix until well combined.

  3. Gently fold crab meat and bread crumbs in.

  4. Add more bread crumbs to a plate. Scoop the crab mixture into 16 round balls. Roll each one in the bread crumbs.

  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  6. Fry the poppers for 2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

  7. Serve with sauces of your choice and enjoy!
