Caesar Salad with Seared Scallops and Bacon
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Weathervane Scallops. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
8-12 large Wild Alaska Weathervane Scallops
4 slices of bacon, save the bacon grease
1 head green leaf lettuce
Diced green onions
Thaw scallops, rinse, and pat dry.
Cook bacon for 5 minutes per side. Save the pan to cook the scallops in.
Once thawed, cook the scallops in the bacon grease for 2 minutes per side over medium- high heat.
To assemble the salads, add chopped green leaf lettuce to a bowl, top with croutons, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and cooked scallops.
Serve and enjoy!
