Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
On a cookie sheet, line one sheet of phyllo dough horizontally and brush melted butter over. Repeat this step until you have five sheets of phyllo dough layered and buttered.
Repeat the last step, layering the last five sheets vertically.
Remove the rind from the Brie and add to the center of the dough.
Top brie with crab mixture.
Wrap the phyllo dough up around the Brie and crab until completely covered. Brush the seam with melted butter and flip over.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and flaky.
Serve warm with crackers or bread.
