These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Weathervane Scallops. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients

  • 10oz Alaska Weathervane Scallops (approx. 12)

  • 12 strips of bacon

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp garlic

  • salt & pepper

  • fresh parsley, chopped

  • toothpicks

Directions

  1. Thaw scallops and pat dry.

  2. Wrap a strip of bacon around each scallop and stick a toothpick through the side.

  3. Preheat oven to 475 (low broil).

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush half on the scallops.

  5. Broil scallops for 15- 18 minutes until bacon is fully cooked.

  6. Brush remaining butter, maple syrup mixture over the scallops and top with fresh, chopped parsley.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
