Bacon Wrapped Scallops

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Weathervane Scallops. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Ingredients
10oz Alaska Weathervane Scallops (approx. 12)
12 strips of bacon
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic
salt & pepper
fresh parsley, chopped
toothpicks
Directions
Thaw scallops and pat dry.
Wrap a strip of bacon around each scallop and stick a toothpick through the side.
Preheat oven to 475 (low broil).
In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush half on the scallops.
Broil scallops for 15- 18 minutes until bacon is fully cooked.
Brush remaining butter, maple syrup mixture over the scallops and top with fresh, chopped parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
