Asian-Inspired Shrimp Sliders

Ingredients

    • 1 package Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp

    • ¼ cup coconut aminos

    • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

    • 1 tsp hot honey

    • 2 tbsp diced green onions

    • 12 pack Hawaiian rolls

    • Sriracha aioli

    • 6 cups cabbage slaw

    • ¼ cup Nuoc Cham sauce (to taste)

    • 1 tsp olive oil

    • ¼ cup crispy onions

    Directions

    1. Thaw shrimp and rinse in cold water. Pat dry and add to a bowl.

    2. Toss shrimp with coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, hot honey, and diced green onions.

    3. In a separate bowl, add the cabbage slaw and toss with nuoc Cham, olive oil, and crispy onions. Best to let marinade for a few minutes before assembly.

    4. To assemble, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, add sriracha aioli to one side, top with slaw and shrimp salad. Repeat for all rolls.

    5. Serve and enjoy!
