Directions
Thaw shrimp and rinse in cold water. Pat dry and add to a bowl.
Toss shrimp with coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, hot honey, and diced green onions.
In a separate bowl, add the cabbage slaw and toss with nuoc Cham, olive oil, and crispy onions. Best to let marinade for a few minutes before assembly.
To assemble, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, add sriracha aioli to one side, top with slaw and shrimp salad. Repeat for all rolls.
