Air Fryer Shrimp Power Bowl

This Air Fryer Shrimp Power Bowl is a vibrant and nutritious dish that features succulent shrimp cooked to perfection in the air fryer, served over a bed white or brown rice. It's loaded with fresh vegetables, such as avocado, carrots, and mango, and drizzled with a spicy dressing.

Ingredients

1lb Wild Gulf Shrimp or Wild Alaska Spot Prawns (about 10 shrimp)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp chili powder
salt & pepper

4 cups white rice
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup diced cucumber
½ cup chopped mango
¼ cup sliced radish
¼ cup diced green onion
1 avocado
spicy mayo
sesame seeds
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Toss shrimp in olive oil and spices.
Air fry shrimp for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Assemble the bowls starting with a base of rice. Arrange vegetables and shrimp on top. Drizzle spicy mayo and sesame seeds on top.
Serve and enjoy!
