Tuna "Roll in a Bowl"

Wild canned albacore strained, flaked and mixed with kewpie mayo and sriracha, then spooned over cooked white rice. Chopped cucumber, sliced avocado, a hard-boiled egg, green onion, seaweed sheets and sesame seeds go on top. Serve with coconut aminos or soy sauce. The tuna is canned, so nothing needs cooking.

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Canned Tuna. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Ingredients

1 can Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna
1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
1 cup white rice, cooked
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cucumber, chopped
1 hard boiled egg
2 bunches green onion, chopped
4 sheets seaweed
sesame seeds
optional: coconut aminos and soy sauce

Directions

Strain tuna and flake in a small bowl.
Mix tuna with kewpie mayo and sriracha.
For assembly, add rice and tuna to a bowl. Top with chopped cucumber, sliced avocado, hard boiled egg, diced green onions, seaweed sheets, and sesame seeds.
Serve with coconut aminos and soy sauce.
