Ingredients: 1 can Premier Catch Wild Albacore Tuna; 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo; 1 tbsp sriracha; 1 cup white rice, cooked; ½ avocado, sliced; ½ cup cucumber, chopped; 1 hard boiled egg; 2 bunches green onion, chopped; 4 sheets seaweed; sesame seeds, to taste; optional: coconut aminos and soy sauce

A sushi roll taken apart: wild canned albacore in kewpie mayo and sriracha over white rice with cucumber, avocado, a hard-boiled egg, torn seaweed and sesame seeds. All the flavor, none of the rolling.

Wild canned albacore tuna is mixed with Kewpie mayo and sriracha, then served over rice with avocado, cucumber, hard-boiled egg and seaweed for a deconstructed spicy tuna roll.

Ingredients

1 can Premier Catch Wild Albacore Tuna
1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
1 cup white rice, cooked
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cucumber, chopped
1 hard boiled egg
2 bunches green onion, chopped
4 sheets seaweed
sesame seeds, to taste
optional: coconut aminos and soy sauce

Directions

Strain tuna and flake in a small bowl.
Mix tuna with Kewpie mayo and sriracha.
For assembly, add rice and tuna to a bowl. Top with chopped cucumber, sliced avocado, hard boiled egg, chopped green onions, seaweed sheets, and sesame seeds.
Serve with coconut aminos and soy sauce.
