Ingredients

Spicy Tuna:

Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna
2 tbsp kewpie mayo
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sriracha

Hand rolls:

Nori sheets
Sushi rice
Thinly sliced cucumber
Diced green onions

Directions

Strain tuna and flake in a small bowl.
Mix tuna with kewpie mayo, sriracha, and coconut aminos. Adjust ratios to match your preferred taste and texture.
Layer cooked sushi rice, tuna mixture, thinly sliced cucumber, and diced green onions.
Roll into a hand roll.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
