Mini Pumpkin Cheeseballs with Dungeness Crab Meat

Ingredients

½ cup Wild Alaska Dungeness Crab Meat

8oz cream cheese block, softened to room temperature

8oz chive and onion cream cheese spread

1 tbsp ranch dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp diced green onions
-
1 tsp garlic salt
-
2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
-
crackers of choice
-
pretzels and parsley to create the stem
Directions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, paremsan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper until well combined.
Gently fold ½ cup of Dungeness crab meat in the cheese mixture.
Chill mixture in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Remove mixture from fridge and form into six balls.
Add nacho cheese Doritos to a ziploc bag and crush until the chips reach breadcrumb consistency.
Pour doritos on a plate and roll each cheeseball in it until well coated.
Assemble the Cheeseballs on a platter and add a pretzel stick and sprig of fresh parsley to the top of each one to create the stem.
Serve with crackers of your choice and enjoy!
