Wild Alaska sockeye salmon is thinly sliced raw and dressed with lemon and olive oil, then topped with capers, red onion, and fresh dill for a bright, chilled crudo.

Ingredients
8oz Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Thinly sliced red onion, for garnish
Capers, for garnish
Fresh dill, for garnish
Diced green onions, for garnish
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry.
Use a non-serrated knife to slice the salmon against the grain into thin slices.
Arrange the slices on a platter or plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate; serve within a few hours for best quality and food safety.
In a small bowl or cup, mix together olive oil and fresh lemon juice, then pour over the salmon crudo just before serving so the citrus doesn't begin to cure the fish.
Scatter the red onion slices, capers, dill, and green onions on top of the salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
