Snow Crab and Salmon Hand Rolls
Thaw snow crab and pat dry.
Thaw salmon, remove skin and cut into 1/2" pieces.
Cut a sheet of seaweed paper in half (so you have two rectangles) and lay one half on a plate.
Add rice, salmon, snow crab and avocado to the bottom right corner of the seaweed paper.
Roll up slowly into a hand roll.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
