Scallop Sushi Tower
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaska Weathervane Scallops. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
3-5 Wild Alaska Weathervane Scallops
2 tbsp cup coconut aminos
½ tbsp kewpie mayo
½ tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp diced green onions
1 cup white rice
½ avocado, mashed
garnish: furikake seasoning and green onions
Thaw scallops and pat dry. Chop into small bites.
Add to a bowl with coconut aminos, kewpie mayo, sriracha, and diced green onions.
Using a food stacker or measuring cup, layer white rice, mashed avocado, and the scallop mixture.
Top with furikake seasoning and additional diced green onions.
