These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaska Weathervane Scallops. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Scallop Sushi Tower

Ingredients

  • 3-5 Wild Alaska Weathervane Scallops

  • 2 tbsp cup coconut aminos

  • Β½ tbsp kewpie mayo

  • Β½ tbsp sriracha

  • 1 tbsp diced green onions

  • 1 cup white rice

  • Β½ avocado, mashed

  • garnish: furikake seasoning and green onions

Directions

  1. Thaw scallops and pat dry. Chop into small bites.

  2. Add to a bowl with coconut aminos, kewpie mayo, sriracha, and diced green onions.

  3. Using a food stacker or measuring cup, layer white rice, mashed avocado, and the scallop mixture.

  4. Top with furikake seasoning and additional diced green onions.

  5. Enjoy!
