These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Canned Albacore Tuna. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Quick & Easy Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz can Premier Catch Albacore Tuna

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 eggs

  • salt & pepper

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

  • olive oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the strained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon, minced garlic, eggs, kosher salt, black pepper, and green onions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Scoop the tuna mixture into four balls and flatten into a patty shape.

  4. Fry the cakes for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. You may have to fry in two batches.

  5. Serve with sauce of choice (Tzatziki pictured here).

  6. Enjoy!
