Grilled Sockeye Salmon with Strawberry Salsa

Grilled Sockeye Salmon with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

    • 6oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

    • olive oil

    • fresh lemon

    • salt & pepper

    • 1 cup diced strawberries

    • ¼ cup diced red onion

    • 1 jalapeño diced

    • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

    • salt & pepper

    Directions

    1. Thaw salmon and pat dry. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.

    2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    3. Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes.

    4. While the salmon cooks, prepare the salsa ingredients and toss together.

    5. Serve salmon with strawberry salsa. Enjoy!
