Dungeness Crab Sliders

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Dungeness Crab. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Dungeness Crab Sliders

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Dungeness Crab Meat

  • ½ package of King’s Hawaiian Rolls

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 tbsp chopped chives

  • 2 tbsp chopped celery

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp crème fraiche

  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning (plus more to sprinkle)

  • ½ lemon, juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Pull out center of rolls, place in baking dish.

  3. Gently chop crab meat.

  4. Combine mayonnaise, crème fraiche, chives, celery, Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice in medium size bowl until mixed.

  5. Gently fold in the crab meat.

  6. Brush melted butter over rolls and then fill with crab mixture. Sprinkle a little more Old Bay seasoning on top and extra chives if desired.

  7. Bake at 350 for 10 min and serve warm - they will be gone instantly!
