Raw wild Alaska sockeye salmon poke, tossed with coconut aminos and sesame oil, is spooned into crispy fried wrappers and topped with furikake and green onion.
Ingredients
8 spring roll wrappers
neutral vegetable oil for frying
2 x 6oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
⅓ cup coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup chopped green onions
furikake seasoning
Directions
Thaw the salmon in the refrigerator, then pat dry.
Skin and chop salmon into bite size pieces.
Mix salmon with coconut aminos and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat oil (enough to submerge a wrapper) in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Fry each spring roll wrapper one at a time by submerging it in the hot oil for 15-30 seconds, until puffed, golden, and crisp. You may have to replace the oil and cook in batches.
Fill each wrapper with salmon poke and top with furikake and chopped green onions.
Enjoy!
