Crab Tostada Appetizer
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Dungeness Crab. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
1/2 pound cooked Dungeness crab meat, large pieces loosely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped and divided
1 lime, juiced and divided
salt & pepper
3 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 white onion, chopped
1/2 jalapeno, chopped
corn tostada chips
Crack crab and loosely chop meat. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add avocados, chopped red onion, cilantro, juice of 1/2 lime, salt, and pepper. Mash until well combined.
In another bowl, combine chopped roma tomatoes, white onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Assemble corn tostada chips on a platter or large plate.
Add guacamole and pico de gallo. Top with fresh crab meat.
