This Holiday Baked Salmon with Brown Sugar Soy Glaze is a festive centerpiece that’s as delicious as it is elegant. Flaky salmon is coated in a sweet, savory glaze with hints of garlic and citrus, then baked to perfection. Garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate for a holiday-ready finish!

Ingredients
4 x 8oz Wild Alaska King Salmon
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
juice of 1 lime
3 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
rosemary to garnish
pomegranate seeds to garnish
Directions
Thaw salmon fillets and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic until it forms a glaze.
Brush the glaze on the salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
Bake salmon for 10 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate.
Serve hot and enjoy!
